Split RIding Skirt with Drop Front and Pockets
Description
This is a great and very comfy split skirt for riding or otherwise. This skirt was not worn until the very late 1800’s as men regarded it vulgar for a lady to sit astride a horse and she had to ride side saddle not needing such a garment.
The first split skirts looked like any other skirt when walking around. Then the idea became more acceptable and women started to wear skirts like this.
Here we need your SIZE and the FINNISHED LENGTH from waist to hem as well as a choice of buttons.
These skirts are the forerunners of the modern day culotte.
