This skirt would be suitable for all time frames to be worn by farm wives, ordinary house wives, domestic or other working women. The circumference at the hem is about 84″ as fabric would be expensive for these ladies and voluminous skirts would hamper their work and life in general doing tasks or being domestic servants.
The button could be moved a little each way if you need that and we will do so at no charge upon request.
Them hem can be sewn at 43″ from the bottom of the waistband, but again we will hem to the length you request at no extra charge.

This is a really easy care skirt, Machine Wash Warm and Dry Delicate … removing right after dry cycle and few if any wrinkles should be there.
