Description
Girls 1800’s dress and apron that will grow quite a bit with your gal. The neckline, waist and sleeves all have draw string ribbon closure so that you can make them to fit a variety of measurements near the size that you order. The dress bodice is completely lined and the skirt features 3 deep pintucks each of which can have the stitching removed to lengthen the dress a couple of inches. The dress back features a button closure and then you pull up the waist the neck ribbons to adjust the fit.
Aprons are white high quality muslin or natural quality muslin. The chemise and pantaloons are quality white muslin or natural as well and we will match the muslin color to the apron muslin choice. If you choose the muslin bonnet it will also be the same muslin choice as the apron so that everything there matches. Pantaloons have pintucks in the legs that can be opened to add length as she grows as do the chemise. So you see that the entire ensemble will grow with the little lady for maximum use. Choose a bonnet of muslin or matching the dress fabric for a finishing touch. We will size the bonnet properly to go along with the dress size. If little sister comes along simply re-stitch the pintucks and start again. We will select eyelet or lace trim to embellish the neckline and bottom of sleeves from our ever changing selection as well as complimentary buttons.
