- Leg O Mutton Sleeves were worn in the late 20’s and early 30’s and then again in the late 1890’s.
This is a loose fitting blouse/waist with a collar and front neck gathers. It features 2 piece long sleeves with inside slits, button/loop and narrow hems.
Here we are offering 3 colors of cotton fabric with color matching lace. White, Ivory and Black.
White waists will have white buttons. Black waists will have black buttons and. Ivory Waists will have gold tone buttons.
