THis lovely blouse will be a great addition to milady’s wardrobe. There is only one exactly like it anywhere. There are 18 rows of pintucks in groups of three with lovely cotton cluny floral lace running between them.  The sleeves have each been adorned with 3 rows of parallel lace. The cuffs and collar have pintucking and are adorned with gather lace ruffling. What a beauty.
