This pattern is for Sizes  Waist 28-42. Other Sizes Waist 42-52 are available on this site.

These trousers have the waistband in two sections (left and right), with a lace tie in back (with or without a gusset) and buttons in front. There is a fall front closing with under fall flaps called bearers, binders on the sides of the fall (three variations available), a pocket on each sdie with button closures, short openings in the side seans at the ankle called vents, linings in fall an dwaistband.  Optional watch pocket in waistband as well.  Legs re cut on the stright of the grain, with grain running parallel to the side seams. Legs have NO pressed creases!

The waist is a natural waist on top of the hips. This garment should site wit the bottom edge if tge waustband at the natural waist, rather than under the belly, and the waitband itself should extend above the natural waistline.  The seat is full allowing for movement to site an d squat. Thighs are slim but not tihgt ankles loose.  Length is at ankles not down on the shoes. It is usually necessary to use supenders, or (braces, to hold up these trousers where they should sit.
